Richard Zombeck

Having worked in restaurants, tech support, and as a reporter, Zombeck has developed and cultivated a cynical view when it comes to human nature and behavior.

Zombeck founded Home Preservation Network (HPN) in an effort to educate and inform the public about issues relating to foreclosure and the financial crisis in America, and to expose the individuals and entities that are working against the public interest.

The HPN community provides resources in the form of information, news articles, homeowner stories, vetted service providers, foreclosure advocates and journalists. Several of the most knowledgeable and well respected experts collaborate on HPN in a single collective effort to assist and educate homeowners and consumers.

Additionally, HPN provides resources and potential solutions to homeowners faced with foreclosure and issues relating to foreclosure.

Jenna Dillon

I am a Foreclosure Defense Litigation Specialist & Consumer Advocate. That is a fancy way of saying I'm a paralegal, except that I exclusively work in defense of homeowners trying to save their homes from foreclosure. I am NOT a lawyer. Nothing I ever say should be construed as legal advice. That being said, I am always happy to share my resources to help homeowners in need, which often includes sharing case law, state & federal law research and briefs on relevant subject matter.

Martin Andelman

Martin Andelman started writing the blog, Mandelman Matters, in the latter part of 2008 and to-date has published over 650 in-depth articles that have been read by millions all over the country. Martin has been a professional business writer for twenty years and is known for his ability to make complex subjects easy to understand… for never pulling punches, and… well, people say he’s funny.

Martin is one of the country’s most outspoken advocates for the rights of homeowners caught up in today’s economic crisis. He is also a staff writer for The Niche Report magazine, where in addition to writing 3-4 cover stories a year, his monthly column, Bringing Up the Rear, found on the very last page, has become one of the most popular and controversial in the magazine.

Prior to devoting his time to writing Mandelman Matters, Martin spent 20 years as the CEO of his own strategic communications consulting firm, The 4th Floor LLC, and has worked for senior management at JPMorgan, Merrill Lynch, Nationwide, AXA Equitable, Arthur J. Gallagher, Bain & Company, and numerous other professional service firms and Fortune 500 companies. Martin has in-depth expertise in areas including accounting, insurance, financial services and health care, and often writes on new legislation, and decisions by the courts.

Last year Martin was a speaker at the American Bar Association’s Conference on Consumer Financial Services, and the 9th Circuit Judicial Conference, and on both occasions he was asked to speak on the origins and implications of today’s foreclosure crisis.

Martin majored in Economics as an undergraduate, and is alumnus of Pepperdine University’s Presidential MBA Program. He also completed the graduate studies Masters program in Market Research at the University of Missouri at Kansas City, Block School of Business. He lives in Fullerton, California, with his wife and daughter.

Steve Dibert

Steve Dibert began his mortgage career in 1998 working as a loan officer of a multistate mortgage broker. Three years later, he began operating branches for several mortgage brokers and correspondent lenders in Detroit and Northern Michigan.

In late 2006, he relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida where he began securing financing for small businesses and multi-million dollar financing for projects in India and Central America

In June of 2008, after being asked repeatedly by friends and relatives and their friends to review their mortgage documents for any illegal activity committed by their lender, Steve formed MFI-Miami.

Since its inception, MFI-Miami has become an internationally recognized leader for investigating mortgage fraud, mortgage compliance, predatory lending, mortgage securitization, assignment fraud and robo-signing.

Through our offices in West Palm Beach, Florida and Milford, Michigan, MFI-Miami now covers 20 states and it assists clients in Canada, Germany, Great Britain and the United States.

Steve has been interviewed multiple times by Diana Olick of CNBC, ABC

News, MLive, Michigan Messenger and The Huffington Post. He has also
contributed to news reports by Al-Jazeera, Der Spiegel, Financial Times-Deutschland, Handelsblatt, Reuters, Korean Broadcasting and NHK in Japan.

An investigation that was done by my company was also featured in a BBC documentary about the “Ghetto Loans” Crisis in Baltimore.

Steve has been profiled in the Boston Herald, The Miami Daily Business Review, The Miami Herald, National Mortgage News, Mortgage Servicing News and on the website The Real Deal. Last year, he was quoted in the German financial magazine, Capital and Der Spiegel about MFI-Miami’s ongoing investigation involving Deutsche Bank and the current foreclosure crisis in the US.
