This is precisely the position taken by all the major banks and their co-conspirators as they continue on a government-sponsored crime spree all across this country.

They’re inspecting homes…..

“Home inspection services” means a limited visual examination of the following readily accessible installed systems and components of a home: the structure, electrical system, HVAC system, roof covering, plumbing system, interior components, exterior components, and site conditions that affect the structure, for the purposes of providing a written professional opinion of the condition of the home.

They’re breaking into homes.

(1) Whoever, without being authorized, licensed, or invited, willfully enters or remains in any structure or conveyance, or, having been authorized, licensed, or invited, is warned by the owner or lessee of the premises, or by a person authorized by the owner or lessee, to depart and refuses to do so, commits the offense of trespass in a structure or conveyance.

They’re “repairing” homes, but they are violating serious consumer protection laws…

“Contracting” means, except as exempted in this part, engaging in business as a contractor and includes, but is not limited to, performance of any of the acts as set forth in subsection (3) which define types of contractors. The attempted sale of contracting services and the negotiation or bid for a contract on these services also constitutes contracting. If the services offered require licensure or agent qualification, the offering, negotiation for a bid, or attempted sale of these services requires the corresponding licensure.

The banks are destroying communities, stealing work from licensed contractors, depriving local governments of permit and tax revenue that comes from license and permit fees and creating dangerous homes that cannot be resold because of their know, concealed defects…

But no one is doing anything about this.

Our neighbors are being thrown into the streets. Vacant and abandoned (to the banks those words both mean the same thing) are left to rot away and will have no value.
